Our standard delivery timeframe is usually 2–4 business days within Canada and the USA, once your order has been processed. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, though custom or handmade items may require up to 7 business days. For faster service, you can select Express Shipping (1–2 business days) or, if you’re in Toronto, Same-Day Delivery for orders placed before 1 PM EST.
We want you to feel confident with every Monaru purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase, as it will be required.
After 30 days, we still accept lifetime returns in any condition, even if the item is damaged! Instead of a refund, you’ll receive 30% of the purchase value as store credit in your Monaru wallet to use toward future orders.
