  • Items must be in their original packaging (including box and pouch), with proof of purchase.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a full refund (minus original shipping fees) to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

Beyond 30 Days – Our Exclusive Offer

  • As part of our commitment to quality, Monaru goes further than the industry standard.
  • Even after 30 days, you can return your item — accepted for a lifetime, in any condition, even if it’s damaged.
  • Instead of a refund, you’ll receive 30% of the purchase value as store credit (cashback), added directly to your Monaru wallet for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved pieces

  • Earrings used during piercing appointments

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Damages & Exchanges

  • If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Monaru.canada@gmail.com so we can make it right.

  • For exchanges, the easiest option is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
