Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom or handmade items may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping within Canada & USA
Free Standard Shipping (2–4 business days) on orders $75 CAD or more.
Orders under $75 CAD: flat rate $9 CAD.
Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $15 CAD.
Same-Day Delivery (Toronto only): $20 CAD for orders placed before 1 PM EST.
International Shipping
Free Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) on orders $150 CAD or more.
Orders under $150 CAD: flat rate $25 CAD.
International customers are responsible for duties and import taxes.
Taxes & Duties
Canadian orders: sales tax is calculated by province.
US orders: duties included at checkout.
International orders: duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Orders can be tracked in your Monaru account.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.
